Yup -it’s home! At least thats what I want it to feel like when you visit my site. Just imagine you are sitting around a table of friends and family reading, thinking of the differences and similarities in someone else’s life.It’s pretty amazing actually.

Hello, my name is Shali. I was born on the east coast of Canada, in a tiny seaside community in Nova Scotia. I now live with my husband, Dave, and our doggie, Sammy, on the opposite end of the country in Vancouver, Canada.I am blessed with the good fortune of having the time to create my own blog entitled, shalistuff.  Just shalistuff.  To prevent my kids from completely disowning me from me wanting to know where they are, what they’re doing, who are they doing it with…(they’re 30 and almost 27!), I thought I would start a blog about the daily, sometimes mundane, sometimes not so mundane stuff that often happens to us all ~xoxo, to keep me out trouble and hopefully resonate with some of you out there. “There are no strangers, just friends I haven’t me yet” ~ who said that?
